Our volunteer repairer will assess the item and inform you if there is a need to purchase any parts/materials which will be paid on collection.
General charges
There is no charge for labour as we operate as a non-profit, community charity. All our volunteer repairers offer their expertise for free. Donations to the café allow us to help others! This is at your discretion; as a guide, the average donation is £5 for a straightforward repair whilst £10 is appropriate for a more complicated repair. Donations can be made in cash at Epsom Repair Café.

Prior booking is essential. In some cases we are able to offer a chat with your repairer via Zoom or phone before your visit.

Walk-ins are welcome; however, an appointment must be made at reception for an appraisal of the item needing repair and to book a time slot for the job.
