Bring along your broken household item for assessment and we will do our best to repair it!
Our expert volunteer repairers work in a relaxed café environment. We open on the 3rd Saturday of every month except August and December between 2pm and 5pm. (last available booking time 4:30pm).
You can either BOOK A REPAIR here on our website or just turn up on the day. Pre-booking allows us to reduce assessment time and ensure that we have a suitable volunteer available to repair your item while you wait. We may contact you for photographs (although there is a facility to upload photos once your booking has been completed) of the damage or further details of the make/model number.
If you turn up on the day please register at our reception area and wait for an available volunteer.
We try and repair items within 30-60 minutes but sometimes have to take them away and return them at a later session.

Epsom town centre is well served by public transport.
Prior booking is advisable. In some cases we are able to offer a chat with your repairer via Zoom or phone before your visit.

Walk-ins are welcome; however, an appointment must be made at reception for an appraisal of the item needing repair and to book a time slot for the job.
