Booking Form
In order to book your repair, please complete the following form

You must complete the top section of the Registration Form for ERC records before any repairs can be considered. All information is treated with the utmost confidence. You have the option to opt-in to be added to our mailing list and you will automatically be reminded of future Repair Café events.
Booking

Due to how busy we are on our Repair Days then we are only able to accept bookings for 1 item per household - we are unable to look at more than 1 item within the given timeframe slot. The booking window closes 48 hours prior to the date of the Repair Cafe, we do however have drop-in available on a first come first served basis if we have a late cancellation - again 1 item only please.

Repair Costs

Our volunteer repairer will assess the item and inform you if there is a need to purchase any parts or materials which will need to be paid for on collection.

General charges
There is no charge for labour as we operate as a non-profit, community charity. All our volunteer repairers offer their expertise for free. Donations to the café allow us to help others and our ongoing costs! This is at your discretion; as a guide, the suggested minimum donation is
£5 (shown on the service price as a guideline) for a straightforward repair whilst a suggested £10 is appropriate for a more complicated repair.
Donations can be made in cash at Epsom Repair Café.

Gift Aid
If you wish to make a donation for your repair, or any other donation to Epsom Repair Cafe, then please download, print and complete the Gift Aid form prior to arriving and hand it to one of our members.
Alternatively download, print and complete the form from here and bring it with you.
(Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year)
